Massachusetts Drunk Driving, DUI,OUI,DWI LAWS

Prosecutors need not introduce expert testimony extrapolating from blood alcohol level at the time of the test to the level at the time of the stop, "so long as the test is conducted within a reasonable period of time after the driver's last operation of the vehicle." This is a crictcal change and it is one I am watching closely since it came down 2007. Basically you need a DUI attorney to walk you through a Drunk Driving Charge or trial.
